I’m a sucker for pretty much anything with peanut butter. Recipes with two ingredients are also high on my list. These peanut butter whips bring those two things together. Frozen peanut butter whips are super simple and quick to make and can be served for a dessert at a party or kept in the freezer for snacking. I like to grab one (or three) after dinner as a sweet treat.
All you will these is:
1 8 oz container of low fat or fat free Cool Whip
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
Large Ziplock bag – unless you have a piping bag (which I may never have in the house)
In a large bowl, fold the peanut butter into 1/3 of the Cool Whip until it is incorporated really well. Fold in the rest of the Cool Whip to the mixture. Once all of the Cool Whip is combined with the peanut butter, spoon the mixture into the bag and squeeze it down to one of the corners. Cut the corner off of the bag making about a half inch hole. Pipe the mixture into swirls on a foil or wax paper lined baking sheet. Freeze the tray for atleast an hour.
Once frozen, you can put the whips in an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Enjoy these little bites of heaven!
