So, I’m pretty sure that anything with peanut butter and chocolate is a winner. These brownies really go beyond that. Not to mention, they are a huge crowd pleaser and super simple. It can’t get much easier than a box of brownie mix.
1 box of brownie mix, prepared but not cooked
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 bag mini chocolate chips (you can use any kinds of chocolate or peanut butter chips)
Preheat the oven and prepare the brownie mix using the instructions on the box. Spray a mini muffin tin with oil to make sure the brownies don’t stick. Put a tablespoon of brownie mix in each muffin cup. Bake until the edges are done and the center of each brownies is still slightly gooey. That will probably be around 7 minutes or so. Pull the tray out of the oven and while it’s still hot, make a little well in each brownie. You can us a spoon or the bottom of a shot glass is actually the perfect size. Fill each brownie with about a 1/2 tsp of peanut butter then top with a few chocolate chips. Let the peanut butter set before removing the brownies from the tray.
Good luck only having one of these little treats!
